30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a refund. No reason needed.

How it works

Email us at bonjour@shoplumbo.com with your order number. We'll reply within 2 business days with the next steps.

Your refund

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request being approved. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 days to appear on your statement.

The refund equals the amount you actually paid. If you keep only part of an order that received the Duo or Trio discount or the welcome credit, the refund equals the amount you actually paid for the pillows you return.

Damaged or defective pillow

If your pillow arrives damaged or doesn't work properly, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or a short description. We'll replace it or refund you, your choice, at no cost.

Your legal rights

These terms are in addition to the warranties provided by Québec's Consumer Protection Act, which continue to apply.
